Behind the G with GHS baseball players; coach

On this week's Behind the G, Katie B. and Adam are joined by senior baseball players Silas Ingram and Cohen Miller, who not only talk about the work they've put in to lead GHS to its first region title in a decade and a spot as a one seed in the state playoffs, but also tell us what they think about being coached by one of the best to ever do it in Georgia. Speaking of their coach, Chan Brown joins the show to reflect on his team's success and receive his flowers for becoming just the 22nd coach in the history of high school baseball in Georgia to win 600 games.

Behind the G, a podcast for Red Elephants by Red Elephants, centers on giving listeners an inside look into the athletic department at Gainesville High School in Georgia. Since its first recorded competitive event was held in 1905, GHS has been a heralded mainstay among the state’s elite. Behind the G is hosted by former award-winning sports journalist and radio show host Katie B. Davis, who currently serves as the Red Elephants sports information director, and Gainesville High Athletic Director Adam Lindsey.
